This recalibration program brings together current participants and former BYE alumina to accelerate learning, leadership, and connections. Alumni and participants gather in person/online to participate in faculty-led group workshops and small group discussions, learn from each other and hone ideas.

Participants will:

• Network and learn from the shared experiences of leaders across several sectors.
• Feel more confident and resourceful in terms of their internal and external organisational capacities, with a focus on empowering leadership skills and personal development.
