Sarah is an Integral Master Coach™ and developed the Beyond Your Edge™ program with Christine. She helps high-impact leaders and organizations – mostly in the non-profit sector – to lead with more wisdom, awareness, and resilience so that they can more effectively drive change. The program is managed by WMG International. Alongside Christine and Sarah, Beyond Your Edge™ has four other coaches who provided personal development coaching for participants. Catherine Njeri Waithiru is the Projects Coordinator for WMG International, responsible for maintaining smooth operations in the office which includes planning of meetings, workshops, coaching, and logistics. She has more than 10 years of experience working in office administration in different setups.
Working with WMG International for the last four years has made me become a better person; I have learned different things about personal and organizational development which are our focus areas at WMG. While working in the organization I get to interact with leaders from different organizations from whom I get great tips on leadership.
Baron is a good communicator, with advanced writing skills. He has a good grasp of administrative skills, including report analysis and writing, documentation, and logistical coordination, and prides himself on taking the initiative in different aspects of his work. Baron has experience in planning and budgeting for activities, developing strategies for organizations, curriculum development, accurate record-keeping as well as working in the field. Baron holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a professional certificate in French Linguistics. He also has Organizational Development Assessment experience.

Usu Mallya lives in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She became an Integral Master Coach™ in 2015 to support individuals and organizations to create holistic and sustainable changes in areas that matter most to them. She is a Sociology and Political Science graduate, and a passionate feminist and social justice activist. She has a long-standing career in transformative leadership and served for the last 15 years as a grassroots movement builder and trainer at TGNP Mtandao – a women’s rights organization based in Tanzania.
Chris Hart was born and educated in England, where after a career in industry, he retrained as a psychologist. Initially, he worked with crime victims, people recovering from serious illnesses and adults with learning difficulties, before specialising in relationships and social skills.
He is well known as a columnist in the Sunday Nation and the Sunday Standard, and also writes for other publications, for example, True Love, Esteem, and Love Matters Africa. Four books are available on Amazon.After working for more than 20 years in Nairobi, he now offers counselling, coaching and workshops online, covering all aspects of relationships, both within the family and work environments, for example dating, marriage, family conflict, motivation and work-life balance, together with related issues such as anxiety and social skills.
